I have a problem with the Advanced Translation Editor. It doesn't show edited text in the original language correctly, but keeps telling me that 95% or something are "completed".

The Classic translation editor, however, correctly shows as expected that only 30% are completed and there are many differences.

I tested this in a clean install and was not able to reproduce the issue. I created a test page, and when I updated an original sentence, the translation editor showed the translation as blank. Please feel free to use this link to log in to the test site and test the same issue here.

Since it is working as expected on a clean install, we will need to test your site in minimal settings, meaning only WPML and a default theme, to rule out the possiblity of a third party plugin/theme causing the issue. Do you have a staging site where you can test this? if not, let me know and we can set one up and migrate your site there.
