This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is receiving a 'Your WPML account has expired' notification in WordPress after moving their site to a new domain and updating the URL in the WPML system. The client is not a developer and cannot access the 'Add plugin' option in WordPress due to the site being GIT based.
Solution:
We recommend trying to register the domain using a slightly modified URL. Specifically, instead of registering 'https://konopljazdravi.si', try registering 'https://konopljazdravi.si/wp'. This might resolve the issue with the WPML account expiration notification.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I have moved the site to a new domain and changed the URL in wpml.org. The site I need help with is hidden link. I am not a developer and it is a GIT based project, so I can't access Add plugin in WordPress.

Symptoms:
I am still getting 'Your WPML account has expired. Purchase today to protect your site from breaking changes in future WordPress releases.' notification in WordPress besides plugin info.

Questions:
Why am I still receiving the WPML account expiration notification after changing the URL?
How can I resolve the WPML account expiration notification without accessing Add plugin in WordPress?

Here is the ticket, let me know if this worked:

1. Remove the URL `hidden link` from your WPML account at [https://wpml.org/account/sites/](https://wpml.org/account/sites/).
2. Re-register the same URL on the WPML site.
3. Follow the steps in this guide: [WPML Automatic Registration Using PHP](https://wpml.org/faq/automatic-wpml-registration-using-php-for-easy-moves-between-production-development-and-staging/#how-do-i-set-a-different-site-key-for-each-environment) to set up the site key for your environment.
4. Go to your site’s admin panel at `wp-admin/update-core.php` and click **Check Again** to refresh WPML.

Hi Bruno,

I have followed the guide. But now WPML brings this notice on backend of the Worpress:

You are using an invalid site key defined as the constant OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_WPML (most likely in wp-config.php). Please remove it or use the correct value in order to be able to register correctly.

What we added to config:
define( 'OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_WPML', '********' )

The key is right ...

I checked from our system, your site is not blocked by our firewall.

Can you go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support and send me what you see within Installer System Status?

Also, can you go to your site’s admin panel at `wp-admin/update-core.php` and click **Check Again** to refresh WPML license?

After this, go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support and tell me what do you see within "Installer Log", only the latest few lines.

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress and FTP credentials (if available) so I could investigate the issue directly?

In the meantime I also created a ticket for our systems team as I am not sure what prevents the key from working properly.

What if you try registering hidden link instead of hidden link?
