Hello,
We have a conflict between wpml and our theme (Houzez). The bug is in the modifications from the theme option. Sometimes, a backup can result in a complete reset of the theme option. You then have to redefine everything (working hours). For example, change the color of the BG in the footer from the theme option. We can no longer move forward because of this problem. Theme support directed us to you. Indeed, we have noticed that once wpml is deactivated, there is no longer this problem.
Do you have a solution ???
You will find the system information in the attachment.
Thanks

Hello,
You are saying: "Sometimes, a backup can result in a complete reset of the theme option."
Could you please provide exact details about how we could try to recreate this issue?
Do I understand right, that you translated theme options with WPML > String Translation, and after recovering the site from a backup those translations are lost?
If so, then we need to know exactly how the backup is created.
I'm talking about modifications that are made or depend on the Houzez theme option. After clicking SAVE, the entire theme option resets.
But since I disabled WPML, I no longer have this problem.

Hello,
I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.
You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.
However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose.
If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.
If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

I am sadly not allowed to access your site, as you published the access credentials publically inside this ticket and you did not provide your consent by filling out out private response form.
