When I want to make small corrections to a product translation, what is the way to do it? If I am on the "edit product" screen and press the wheel beside the language the page is usually empty even though the translations exist. There must be an easy way to do the corrections without needing to translate from scratch |

Hi, Thanks for your update. Please finish the "In progress" translation. If you didn't see it, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. Best regards, |

This was I'm afraid not a solution to my problem. On the front end it shows the translation, on the back end it doesn't. If I would need to do a minor edit to the translation I would need to do it nearly from scratch as you see in the image |

Hi Osama, I ran the troubleshooting and made several tests. If the minor change -box is visible and checked this works fine. I tested with a couple of older products but the box wasn't visible and so the translation disappeared. Would there be a way to get the box visible also for the older ones? I enclose picture of one of the old ones without the box |

Hi, 1) The box will appear if you don't have a translation in progress, so please make sure to complete all translations. 2) Could you please complete the translation in your screenshot and save it? After that, please update the default language product to check if the issue will reappear in the same language. Best regards, |

Hi, Before running the troubleshooting on the live site, please take a database backup first, then run it. After that, please update a product, translate it, and update it again to check the issue. Best regards, |
