This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to transfer credits from an old domain (blue-heeler.de) to a new one (bh-relaunch.mathesconsulting.de) and the old domain was not visible on the WPML dashboard.
Solution:
We recommended that the client re-register the old domain (blue-heeler.de) in their WPML account dashboard. They could do this by visiting https://wpml.org/account/sites/. After re-registering the domain, the client was able to transfer the credits successfully.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If you're still facing issues, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
