database issue

Andreas	Hello there Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you. Based on the error, there is something in the Bacs description with an invalid character. May I ask you to check it again, maybe write something shorter with no special characters to ensure that everything is ok, and then maybe try to find which character from your current description is responsible for this. xiaoweiX	The warning message disappeared from my wp-admin area without me doing anything. Not sure if it has been solved or not.

Andreas	Thank you for your confirmation. The warning message appears if there is an invalid character in your content. Since you are not seeing it means that everything is ok. If you see it again or see something similar, first check your content for any invalid characters. Usually, it would be an emoji or something similar. If you cannot solve it, please do not hesitate to open a ticket again. Regards, Andreas
