Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. Upon reviewing your pages, I noticed multiple "Mixed Content" errors in the browser console, which are often caused by not updating URLs to the secure HTTPS protocol. Please try the following steps and see if that resolves the errors:

- Navigate to "Settings > General" in your WordPress Dashboard.
- Check the Site URL and WordPress URL fields to ensure they begin with "https". If they currently start with "hidden link", update them to "hidden link".
- After updating the URLs, open the page or template you're working on and make a minor edit.
- Save the changes and update the page along with its translation, ensuring the translation reaches 100% completion.
- Clear your site's caches and revisit the page to see if the issue has been resolved.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello Prosenjit, In "Settings" > "General" of the wordpress administrator I don't see a way to see if an "http" or an "https" is entered, I can only see it in the browser bar, which is correct with "https", the same in the front of the site. Chrome tells me the site is secure.
Anyway, I made a minor edit to one of the error pages, saved, and now the error is different, another part is misconfigured (a list of countries on the contact form). What else can I do? perhaps the first part that I failed to verify.

Hello There,
Thank you for the update.

On the "Settings > General" page, there are two fields labeled "WordPress Address (URL)" and "Site Address (URL)." Ensure that the URLs in these fields use the secure 'https' protocol. Here’s a screenshot for reference: hidden link

Would you please check and configure the URL's accordingly?

However, upon reviewing the page again, I noticed that both the English and French versions layout are now displaying correctly, just like the main version. The only issue remaining is that the country list dropdown is not appearing properly. Hopefully, after updating the URL and also the translation of the page again, the issue will be resolved.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the Weekend.

From the screenshot, it appears you are using a WordPress Multisite setup. In case of a Multisite environment, you can update the Site Address of your site through the Network Admin dashboard. Please refer to hidden link">this link for a detailed guide on the process.

In the site Address field, make sure that the URL starts with 'https'.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
