This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the Elementor template title was not displaying correctly in the second language for an alternate loop item. The first loop item was translated correctly, but the alternate loop item was not showing the translated version automatically.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps:
1. Edit the template in the original language (German).
2. Make some changes and save the template.
3. Update the translation template using the WPML Translation Editor.
It is important not to edit the translation template directly, as changes will be lost after updating the translation with WPML Translation Editor.

Hello i translted my elementor templates correctly with WPML and it works fine for the first loop item. But when i want to insert an alternate loop item it doesn`t work to translate it. Check the screenshots to understand what i mean. In italian there should be the translated IT For Sale Alternate Loop item but somehow it is not there. Only the german one is visible. For the first loop item it works. Please solve this issue or tell me how i can fix this. Thank you, Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I understand the issue on your site is the Elementor template title doesn't display correctly in the second language in the list. However, I see the page content is translated properly, please check two attached screenshots.

You are using the WPML Translation Editor so the correct workflow to update the translation template is:
- Edit the template in German (original) language.
- Make some changes > Save.
- Update the translation template.

If you edit the translation template directly, the changes will be lost after you update the translation with WPML Translation Editor.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/faq/why-arent-my-translations-showing/

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hello, i know all of this.
I translated many websites with WPML and never had this problem with elementor template translations. Only here i have the problem on the "alternate" loop template. For "coming soon" and also for the "for sale" template.
But they are bouth translated correctly.
Please check also in my backend of wordpress.

Hello, i found the solution. I had to edit the /immobilien site with elementor and set the IT template in elementor. It didn`t translated on it`s own. This works fine for me but would be nice if the loop template uses the translated version of the template automatically instead of setting it manually in Elementor.
