This translated footer worked just fine, but I noticed today that it does not work anymore. There are only the heading texts translated, when you can see that the whole footer is 100% translated.

If yes, and you still face the issue, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
