how to programetically create a xliff file

There isn't such option, but can you check this? https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-desktop-cat-tools/configuring-xliff-file-options/ This is how you can export them. The thing is that XLIFF files require translation jobs to be created first (they don't exist per se), so there is another layer of custom functionality here. Regards, Bruno Kos
