Tell us what you are trying to do? Translate the image's alt and title. these fields are missing from the editor. the option is enabled on the settings of WPML. The site uses ACF

Is there any documentation that you are following?https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

I understood what you're looking for. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.

- Please go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll down to the "Media Translation" section.
- Under "How to handle media library texts:", you'll see an option named "Translate media library texts with posts". Mark that option and click on apply.
- Now open the default post, that contains an image, in WordPress Editor.
- Make a small change in the title and update the changes.
- Now, try to update the Translation.

The texts attached with the images will be available for Translation in the Editor. Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
