This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are managing translation jobs on your WordPress site using WPML and have encountered an issue where jobs are stuck 'In Progress' and cannot be managed or deleted.
Solution:
We discovered that the issue was related to Elementor. To resolve this, we enabled Elementor and located the problematic CSS in Form Field #5. After removing the CSS, the string "Yes, I consent with the privacy policy of this website" became visible in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and could be translated. The cog icon changed to a pencil icon, indicating that the job is no longer 'In Progress'.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage translation jobs on my WordPress site using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
I have jobs stuck 'In Progress' and cannot delete or manage them.

Please let me know if you were able to find and delete the translations in the database, and if this resolved the issue with the stuck translation. Thanks!

I deleted the places in the database. But when i hit the Plus and translate the page. It goes into Gear Mode. And does not create the page in other languages.

I'm still working on this issue. I found some errors in the debug log and have found some similar issues with the following causing an error in the Advanced Translation Editor:

The problem I'm having now is that I can't find where in your site this content is coming from. I checked in the database for another string I am seeing in the debug log "Yes, I consent with the privacy policy of this website" which shows that it is on the contact page, but I'm not seeing this anywhere on the contact page content. Do you know where this is coming from? It looks like some form field that had checkbox options. This could be the content that is causing an issue, but I can't find it to test removing it.

Actually, I realized that it was coming from Elemenor, so I had to enable Elementor to find it. I removed the CSS that this string was wrapped in in Form Field #5 and tested and now, the string "Yes, I consent with the privacy policy of this website" shows in the ATE and I am able to translate it. The cog icon goes away and the pencil icon shows, indicating it is no longer in progress.
