Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the content on an English page, specifically hidden link, displays only in English. I expect that each language page should display content in its respective language as everything is translated.
Symptoms:
On an English page, I see Italian translatable elements instead of only English content. hidden link
Questions:
Why is Italian content appearing on an English page?
How can I ensure that each language page displays content in the correct language?
Can you please go to WPML -> String Translation and search for "Camere" (for example) and see which flag is shown with this word (other than the translated ones)?
If it shows Italian flag, then see if you have translated this to English? Otherwise, if it shows English flag, then probably you need to correct the language for this string to Italian and then translate to English.
Please let me know your findings and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.
I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
I have checked for those strings which are registered fine and have correct languages. These strings are appearing correctly on other languages, except default English language (although their language is correct too).
So before proceeding further, can you please provide the following information?
- Is this a test site and if it is OK to deactivate plugins and or make changes?
- On this property page hidden link, where I can edit its design and layout, specially the area where these strings appear (below the description area)? Please note that I'm not looking for editing the property itself, that I know I can edit from Listings in WP Admin.
- Are you using any Elementor and/or WP Bakery layout/template for these single listing page? Please let me know which one is this (if one's applied).
Yes feel free to make changes. It is not a staging enviroment, but I have daily backups
On listing pages we are not using any WP bakery or Elementor layouts, rather the theme layout
It is setup based on Elementor, and if pages where made, or anything was added, its done through Elementor
One more thing we use on listing pages, is the Site Review shortcode, rahther than the themes reviews sstem.
I was able to find and fix the problem. Actually it wasn't an issue with any of the plugins or theme, but, a matter of understanding.
Since your default language is English but you had added these labels in WPRentals Options -> Listing Page -> Listing Page Text Labels in Italian. While in String Translation, these strings were correctly registered and translated.
So changing these labels to English in the above mentioned options page, fixed the problem. Please see attached, I've fixed a few while left others as it is, so you can observe for better understanding and fix accordingly.
Can you correct the language of these strings, then translate and keep an eye on it that when exactly this happens? Specially if there's a scheduled backup and restore in place?
Usually these shouldn't be revert on their own, unless something is causing an update or change somewhere.
However, after correcting these, if it happens again, please isolate the issue in a separate test site and let me know. So I can then continue further observing it, instead of keeping live site with disabled plugins for a long time.

I tested various Cache systems, and now I have even WP Rocket paid for and setup
It is definatelly something with string translations
