Background of the issue:
I already translated the Elementor popup form, but it still remains in the primary language on the secondary language page. Kindly check this hidden link when clicking the '我很感兴趣' button on the last section of the page, it still links back to the English version.
Symptoms:
It still shows the default language (English version) popup form instead of the translated content.
Questions:
Why is the Elementor popup form not displaying the translated content on the secondary language page?
How can I ensure the popup form shows the translated version when clicking the '我很感兴趣' button?
I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.
Upon reviewing, I found that the popup is integrated within the Button widget of Ultimate Addons. Could you please open the Chinese version of the Section template (Template ID: 3827) that contains this button, in the Elementor editor and check if the correct popup is added there?
If the popup isn't configured correctly, it seems there was an issue during the translation process. This will need further investigation to determine why the correct template wasn’t added to the button. However, for the moment, you can manually insert the appropriate Chinese popup template into the button.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Ya the chinese template now link to chinese popup already, but why it does not translate automatically to chinese popup since I already translate the popup?
It's good to know that the popup is linked to the correct Chinese template. It seems that the button widget from the Ultimate Addons plugin doesn't have the required support to detect and add the correct popup in the button in other languages.
To help us further investigate the problem in the Button, could you please replicate the issue in our sandbox environment? The auto-login link to our sandbox site is given below.

WPML and its add-ons are already installed. Please proceed with completing the setup. Then, install the Elementor & Ultimate Addons for Elementor plugins, create a popup, and try to replicate the issue in the sandbox, following the same steps you used on the main site. If the same issue arises on the sandbox site, let me know, and I will review it and guide you on the next steps.
For now, you can manually add the popup to the Ultimate Addons buttons as outlined in my previous message.
Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
