Hi there,

I have an answer from the second-tier:

It is showing because they have translated it and it is added to memory now.

You can register the shortcode for translation but do not register the attribute so it won't be sent to ATE.

Something like this:

<shortcode>
        <tag>ci</tag>
</shortcode>

Please add it to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration (tab)

After that you need to do a change int he original language in the page and see the result in the Advanced Translation Editor.
