Could you make from [REGULAR BUTTON LINKS] a SPLIT TICKET
I hope, [probably most and last BIG problem = Navigation Button Link “often do not work yet,” I hope. Rest will be minor or more fun😊
Enclosed is a comprehensive list of All regular buttons [which Navigate the User from Page to page]. I split the list into:
= first menu
= second menu
= sometimes [you might see step 1 + step 2 [+ step 3 with Links] for some Button Links | Navigation = Red Marked are not Working = RED
= Sometimes [I made a comment which might help to find out why [it is often irregular and not consequent why link work | do not work, it seems]

The results of the AUTOMATIC WPML Translation:

= might be that older pages, react differently than new pages
Checking some menu items on my side, I do not see the issue as you note in the excel file. For example: in the second tab hidden link

Please try to clear all caches (browser, plugin ...) and recheck those menu items. If it occurs on your side, please share some screenshots about that.

Perhaps there is a misunderstanding about the [Split: Question Regular Button= all over the Website].
For the regular Button list, you showed 1 example [the one with three tabs] is NOT about Menu Navigation [which is perfectly fine].
It is about the "Button Links," which Link from Page to Page [the reason I split all possibilities], that problems might be different, and to get a complete overview, and more persistent [=mean more problems with button links = meaning of constant | persistent].
On, for example, new pages [like Volunteers], then older pages [like most tours and lodges [it is all about the Button Link] = all over the website.
On the Tours page, I see there is only one issue with the button URL "hidden link"
in the section "Indigenous People of Costa Rica Tours". Please check this screenshot hidden link
It occurs because it is redirected to the URL "hidden link". You can re-visit the URL to check the redirection.
You can check the list of redirection URLs in the admin area > Rank Math SEO > Redirections. I believe you will have translation issues with those URLs.
And that works. In the same TAB, number 10, I prefer NOT to solve this way, as [your second = - Or update the URL on the Tours page with the new one (redirection) and let WPML adjust it automatically]
Your second solution makes the most sense [otherwise 1. more work 2. I forgot which I translated], and is more reliable.
There is only [# 10 in the Tours Tab [which still needs to be solved]. I would like to change the proper WPML way ((I also changed with the example Indigenous), the Button-Link on the Tour Overview Page hidden link = so WPML can do the work

In the 3rd TAB, compared to last week, it seems [nothing changed by me, since that list = although not all buttons = see Voluntary work = consequent.
In red text [without the dark green marker], links still are not automatically adapted.
There should be a reason, but I cannot find it:

I made [put a new Team page online, and deleted the old one]. I put the new page in the Menu [same name TEAM], I “Synced Menu in WPML”, and “Update Translate Links”.
= the [-2] part of nl/team-2/ and | /de/mannschaft-2/ | /es/equipo-2/
= will that disappear and go automatic back to: /nl/team/ | /de/mannschaft/ | and /es/equipo/
= How can I get rid of the -2 part in WPML translation = the natural way [Let WPML do the work], ...?

This might be difficult to see [I enclosed 3 screenshots of the UK Default and Translated Slider]
Some part of the Slider [extension part !! = see UK default Page], at the NL | DE |ES pages].
= extension part = SHOW MORE, and then click on it, The text extends in the UK Default page;
I can not figure out why and how to deal with this], …?

I have a couple of small questions about the Footer. I “translated” the “Footer” with WPML Management” | Automatic | Select “Footer”:

It does not happen often, This page has no Footer Menu [or at least “a white [instead of green] faced Footer Menu], instead of the other Translated Pages [see enclosed a Screenshot [with a good Footer, and this one [last week I had more, but some reason these are okay now] = all in 2nd Menu [other Footers “Looks were Fine” in First Menu].

Normally, WPML attempts to adjust the internal URLs on the translation page with the corresponding translation URLs. But in some cases, it does not work then you need to check the URL and its translation or translate it in the Advanced Translation Editor (like on the product page).
Now, in the excel file, I see the URLs on the second tab and third tab are translated correctly. Here is a screenshot hidden link
I will split your new issues on other pages into new tickets for better handling. But can you please not add new issues to one ticket? You can create new tickets as you want, please don't add them here to get a clean ticket and easy to focus.
