Background of the issue:
I have made automatic translations and I am trying to review them. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
When I click 'review', it keeps loading indefinitely and I see nothing.

Questions:
Why does the 'review' button result in infinite loading?
How can I resolve the issue of the translation page not displaying?

Hi,

Could you please provide some more details?

  • Which specific reviews are causing the infinite loading? Is it happening on product reviews, page reviews, or other custom post-type reviews? Or does it happen with all? If you create a new page, what also happens with it?

In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:

❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

  • Check for plugin/theme conflicts: Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons, and switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. If it's resolved, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugins.
  • Clear WPML Cache: Clear the WPML cache from the WPML Troubleshooting page.
  • Check for Javascript Errors Use the browser's developer tools to check the console for Javascript errors, as these might point to the source of the infinite loading. Here is some information about how to view your browser console: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis
  • Enable WP Debug Mode: Enable WordPress debugging to identify potential PHP errors. You can do this by editing your
    wp-config.php

    file. Look for the line

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    and change it to

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    . You can also log errors to a file by adding

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

Please let me know the results of these steps so I can assist you further.

Best Regards,
Otto
