Hi,
I'm trying to split up posts from their translation and exist as separate posts. To do so, I'm heading to the translated post and choosing "none" from the dropdown "This is a translation from". Afterwards I save the post.
But after the saving process is done, the post is still connected to the original post in the other language.

What is the issue here? Am I doing it wrong or is there any other solution to split up the translation from the orignal post?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will be happy to help you today.

I noticed from the debug information you have WPML Multilingual CMS 4.6.7 installed, I would suggest you update to the version 4.6.8, as this issue is resolved based on the errata:

https://wpml.org/errata/wpml-4-6-7-issue-with-disconnecting-translations/

Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before updating.

Kind regards,
