I see in error log to many errors from this type:
"Started attempt to download xliff file. The process did not finish."

1. Why it happend?
2. What i need to do for fix it?

Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand your queries and will try my best to address them.

1) The error is related to the Advanced Translation Editor and usually happens if the site is unable to fetch translation from ATE. If any firewall is installed on your site or server, you may also encounter the issue.

2) The issue most of the time gets solved by resending the post for translation. If you can locate the post/page that causes this error, please make a small edit on that page/post and save the changes. If the page is translated already, A translation update will be triggered once you save the changes. Click on the Update icon[ Screenshot: hidden link ], fully complete the translation and save the changes.

If you're having an issue with the translation or seeing the same error in the log, please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to ensure that the domains below are whitelisted for your site:

1) Don't think it firewall. But maybe because of cloudflare. So what rule i need add to cloudflare? What exactly i need check on firewall on server? What port/ip/url need be open?

2) It not good idea. I don't think i need pay for that twice! If you can make this type of translation for fix error without charge so explain me how i can do it and will be sure you no charge me for that.

I have this error on many our sites (20+).
Need found solution. I can't work on this way now. I go to add many new sites and with this error it imposible to go forward 🙁

Also when i fix translation on hidden link page on finish i got error window. See screenshot.

Hello There,
Thank you for the update.

1) If the firewall is enabled, you just need to make sure that the following domains are whitelisted as they are associated with ATE.

wpml.org
cdn.wpml.org
api.wpml.org
api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

Make sure to whitelist those also in Cloudflare. You can consult with Cloudflare support to understand the process of whitelisting domains blocked by their firewall.

2) You'll not be charged to update translation unless you are using the Automatic Translation feature. If the Automatic Translation is enabled, please switch to "Translate what you choose" from "WPML > Settings > Translation Mode" and then proceed to update the translation by following the instructions I shared in my last message.

If you check the screenshot that you shared in your initial message, there is an ATE Job ID visible. Just to inform you, the translation job corresponding to that ID, which is for the page titled "UNVEILING IMMEDIATE LIDEX AI: YOUR ULTIMATE CRYPTO TRADING SOLUTION," is marked as completed and delivered in our Translation Management System. If you're not seeing the translation properly, kindly clear the caches from the site and browser then check again.
