Background of the issue:
I am using the ATUM Multi-Inventory plugin, which includes a geolocation popup window on the home page of my online store at hidden link. This popup is supposed to locate the customer's IP and assign the correct warehouse. I have translated the English text on this popup into Arabic using WPML's String Translation.
Symptoms:
When I switch my website from English to Arabic, the text in the popup window remains in English except for the name of the country.
Questions:
Why is the translated text not appearing in the popup window when switching to Arabic?
Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance or potential solutions.
If translation support is enabled for that text, you should be able to translate it using the String Translation feature. Please try the following steps and check if it works:
- Go to "WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization".
- Select the "ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce" and "ATUM Multi-Inventory" plugins, then click the Scan button at the bottom of the section.
- Once the scan is complete, go to "WPML > String Translation".
- Search for any string that appears in the popup.
- If the string is found in the results, add the translation by clicking the "+" icon.
