I am trying to adapt the highlighted translation via string translation. But when I do the text just disappears. Can you please check what's the issue?

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
This is expected as you should not add or alter page content translation via WPML string translation.
Please use the WPML editor to translate pages. You can click on arrows icon from Pages > All or send the page for translation via WPML > Translation Managemtn and then from WPML > Translation > Take and translate it.

That is a great clue!
This means that the settings are probably configured in a particular way and this suggests it's a compatibility issue.
Can you please upload the theme in here: hidden link
then configure, even just one of the texts that disappear and write the steps you took or record a quick video of you doing it (you can use a tool like hidden link to do it fast and easy). this will help us understand if the problem happens here as well and if so it will speed up a possible solution 🙂

The steps show me how you translated the content and that's great, thanks for that. however when i enabled the "eduvert" theme i could not see how to create the section that creates the buttons you want to edit.
Would you kindly tell me if i need to do something specific to make that section appear? Also do i have to use the eduvert pro or the free theme? there are 2 uploaded.
Hi, I am using Eduvert Personal which is the paid version of the Eduvert theme (please find attached the screenshot). But I am not sure how to install to the Sandbox without paying the fee again?

The license is usually added only to get updates and more. if you download a fresh version of the theme from the author's site (or where you downloaded it the first time) and then upload it to the sandbox as you would with any other theme, then it shouldn't be a problem and you don't have to pay any fee, don't worry 🙂
So I have double checked. It must be Eduvert Pro which is installed on the Sandbox.
You can edit the mentioned sections as per the screenshots attached.

I'm sorry but there's probably something missing which is what has held back a proper solution of this situation.
I can see that everything is registered correctly and can be translated but none of those texts appears in the front-end as you can see here: hidden link
i wonder if by any chance something else is needed and at this point, given that i understand better how things work, you can create a staging site and allow me access to it so i can test the same there as well given that everything is setup in there. it might not help much if there's a bug but at least i can run a few tests to figure that out 😀
If you don't know how to create a staging site, you can either ask your hosting about it or you can use a plugin like "WP Staging" that would create it for you.
I have enabled the related fields so you can write the credentials and everything else on private and secure fields.
