This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was facing an issue where the Course schema added through Rank Math on an Italian page was not appearing on the translated English and Spanish pages. The WPML Translation Editor did not offer options for translating the schema, and only a standard article schema appeared on translated posts. Solution: We identified that the client was missing the WPML String Translation and WPML SEO plugins. After enabling these, we navigated to WPML > Settings > Custom fields translation and found two related custom fields (
rank_math_schema_Article
,
rank_math_schema_Course
) and set them to be translatable. We then made a minor change to the default language page and translated only the necessary parts. We recommend checking the updated translations in the sandbox to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

Background of the issue:
The main language of my site is Italian, with English and Spanish as translations. I am using Elementor and adding Course schema to pages through Rank Math. I add it to an Italian page through Elementor and save. Rank Math support suggested that translations were handled dynamically, but checking schema shows only a standard article schema on the translated posts. They then suggested adding the schema directly to the English/Spanish pages, but I get a warning that this is handled by the WPML translation editor. I found a thread on your site, but the code makes no mention of Course schema.
Symptoms:
Rank Math schema are not translating. The translation editor does not offer options for English or Spanish, and only a standard article schema appears on translated posts.

Can you help with translating Rank Math schema using WPML?
Is there updated documentation for translating Course schema with WPML?
I am not aware of such an issue and it should work and translate fine, but maybe we are misunderstanding something. To help moe things faster I have created a test site.
Please try to reproduce simple example where we can see the issue, and share steps of what you did to reproduce it.

You will need to setup WPML, to be same as on your website and install Rank math and add dummy post.
So I've set it up as it is on the other site, and the same thing happens.
Because I have rank maths pro, I can have multiple schema. WPML deals with the first schema only. This can be seen on the All Pages screen, moving between IT and ENG translations. In Italian the page has 2 schema, in the English it has one.

On the Italian I see multiple schema, including the course.
On the translated Englsih page, I see only one, an article schema.
The translation editor gives me nothing to translate.
If I try to do a manual translate, I get the standard warning from WPML. You are trying to edit a translation using the standard WordPress editor but your site is configured to use the WPML Translation Editor.
thanks, it took me a while to understand how this scheme is added and created.
I checked, and I could see you had missing WPML String translation and WPML SEO plugin, so I enabled them.
Then I went to WPML > Settings > Custom fields translation > Found 2 related custom fields (rank_math_schema_Article, rank_math_schema_Course) to scheme and set them to translatable. Made a small change to the default language page and translated only the parts that needed to be translated.
Seems to work fine, please check it out in the sandbox and let me know how it goes.
Thanks so much. It was the custom fields translations that weren't switched to translate (I had tried that before I contacted you) but what I hadn't done was make a small change to the original post to trigger the transation editor.
Kind of odd that this part of the SEO is not automatically set to translate.
