what if we switch to the Classic translation editor instead of ATE?

Hi there,

The Classic Translation Editor is a completely different tool and if you switch to that you will lose your current translations and you need to start the translation of the pages from scratch.

I'd appreciate it if you can give us the login info of your staging website and we will do the troubleshooting to see what is the issue we do recommend that you stick with Advanced Translation Editor.

I checked in hosting, there was an SSL expired of my domain. let me renew it and see if this will resolve or not.

That will be a staging website. I need a copy of the website to be able to do troubleshooting without the fear that my action will make the live website go down.
