Background of the issue:
I am trying to start with translation immediately using WPML, but I am unable to register my site. I have been playing with the system, but nothing changes. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
Unable to register: Site key not matching. Toolset Plugin kann keine Verbindung zu toolset.com herstellen.

Questions:
What promises did you give to me regarding the registration process?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

Toolset is another plugin that we complimentary give to WPML users, you might not need it if you do now wish to create custom post types etc.

In your case, all you need is to install the OTGS installer to install WPML CMS and String translation plugins, activate those 2 and configure WPML via wizard and add correct key.

If you have already installed WPML CMS plugins, then just configure it following wizard.

Let us know how it goes, and if you need further urgent help you can always open chat support.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

I could solve that problem. Anyway I have a very important question:

One of my Blogpost is really long (6100 words) with lists, formulas and so on. (hidden link)

Is wpml able to translate this post at once? I am using your BETA-ChatGPT. What can I do, if the translation give a failure back. What about my credits than?

Kind regards
Uwe Haas

Hello Uwe,

sure, you should be fine to translate it.

1) If you are charged for translation but job failed, it is still saved on our side in your website translation memory. So if you restart the job or similar, you won't be charged again for the same segment translation, it will be used from translation memory.

If the job is not finished for some reason and is repeatedly stuck, you can contact us and we will be glad to check and further help.

2) Please note if you are using WPML AI, WPML AI currently supports translating content from English to German, Spanish, French, Portuguese (both, Brazilian and Portuguese variants), and Italian.

It is also possible to translate from these languages to English.

We’re working on adding more language pairs.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello Uwe,

by translator do you mean user translator, translator editor or translator engine?

Translator you can see from WPML > Translation Management > Jobs. Translator editor if you click the pencil icon for some page it will open editor used, and for translator engine you can see which one is set from WPML > Settings.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Drazen
