Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the WCFM vendor frontend with WPML enabled. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link

Symptoms:
When WPML is enabled, the frontend only loads 'home'. Clicking on any other module like 'customers' just refreshes to home. I expected to be able to go to other modules like 'Media' and 'Articles', but I only get 'Home'.

Questions:
Why does the frontend only load 'home' when WPML is enabled?
How can I access other modules like 'Media' and 'Articles'?

Can you tell us if all the WCFM pages are translated and these translations published (so not drafts)?

Hi Bruno

The dashboard page was not translated. I was testing in the original language before I spent any credits. I have manually translated all the pages now. I have not checked and translated the strings.

The problem persists. This is true for both Admins and vendors users.

Where can I send you the credentials so that you can test it yourself?

Hello,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.
It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I'll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site.
This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content.
Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields.

Regarding the error, please update to WCML 5.4.4. ❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

Regarding the main issue, if you go directly to the URL or use the icon in the admin bar, check the screenshot attached; it works. You can use it as a workaround while we take a deeper look.

Thanks. In my local copy of my site, I restored the DB, and after setting everything up again, it worked. Of course, that's not a solution, just to check if it's a compatibility bug or a site-specific issue.

I escalated the problem to our second-tier support. I'll get back to you as soon as I have news.

Hello,

I got feedback from our second-tier support.

It seems that Pages and Posts (may not be necessary in a combination) need to be set to "Translate" instead of "Display as translated" mode.

I tested and it worked on my end.

Can you please go to WPML -> Settings -> Post Types Translation and set Pages and/or Posts to "Translatable - only show translated items"?

Post, pages, and products are already set to "Translatable - only show translated items".

But it just started working. I'm not sure what changed, but it works now.

I'll get back to you guys if I face the issue again.
