This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with the WooCommerce shop page link not translating and reverting to the default language when switching to Chinese, it might be due to the menu not being synced correctly.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps:
1. Navigate to Appearance > Menus and select the menu assigned to the header.
2. In the menu, ensure the Shop page is selected from the Pages section, not added as a custom link.
3. Save the menu.
4. Go to WPML > WP Menu Sync and synchronize the menu. You can follow this guide for detailed instructions: Translating Menus.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you’re experiencing. It seems the menu hasn’t been synced correctly, which is why the translated version is still pointing to the default shop page URL. Please try the following steps to see if they help resolve the issue:

1. Go to "Appearance > Menus" and select the menu assigned to the header.
2. In the menu, check the Shop page and ensure it’s selected from the "Pages" section in the sidebar, rather than added as a custom link.
3. Save the menu.
4. Go to "WPML > WP Menu Sync" and synchronize the menu by following this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#easiest-wpml-automatic-menu-creation

The issue should be solved after synchronizing the menu properly! If you need further assistance in this matter, feel free to let me know. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
