2) Can you tell me where do you add these filters? is it a widget, do you add them via an elementor template or something like this?

You have a problem in the database because of the collations and that already means all these issues could be related, however whenever i switch from one language to another, i encounter weird isues that have nothing to do with WPML, i see the site broken with a random error of a lof of numbers and characters, which seems similar to when you have a malware, but the "usual" signs of malware are not there (the index files seem to be untouched, header and footer files are also ok, don't see any particular fake plugin or theme). the only weird thing I found are those 2 files that inside have nothing but a lot of weird characters and wonder if they are a verification of any sort of system.
Apart from that, I'm a bit puzzled about what happens here and I'd need to test this plugin with just Woocommerce first and then with WPML but with everything else disabled.
Since there's a database issue here, would it be possible for you to first fix that before we tackle any other issue? I don't think your database issue will fix this but it will remove another variable to test and will greatly help when testing since that database issue is making your site highly unstable.

Hey there, in order to test the other issues, I'd like to ask permission to create a staging site, so we avoid working on the main site, since there are some tests to be made that could be a bit invasive and are definitely not suitable to be done on live sites.
I could do this with a plugin called WP Staging but I see you are working in cloudways and I believe they also have a system that would probably be even better because it would be a totally isolated environment. Would you be able to create a staging site and allow me access so I can handle this and the other issues you're currently having?
