Hello! If this is not working then I would suggest that you try and first backup your site, then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and there use the troubleshooting option to syncrhonize the product custom post type taxonomies. |

Sorry for the late reply, I'm on vacation. categories in queston have 300+ products assigned so they should show. also I have done the hierarchy synchronizatio which did not help. Right now it says "The taxonomy hierarchy is already synchronized." I have also tried "Synchronize posts taxonomies" but does not seem to help. |

Thank you for your concern. The site is 15gb in size, and my hosting account is 20gb, so I can't duplicate it. I authorise you to do debugging on live website, just enable back al plugins when you are done. In worst case scenario, we can always restore from backup. |

Hello, 1) Thanks, I have checked but I can not disable plugins / themes, I do not have FTP so it would not be safe, as there is no way to recover if anything goes wrong. I have also noticed you are using older version of WC, would be good to update. Also, if you set category order in widget per name it works fine, so seems something is wrong with Category order. - hidden link 2) I can continue, but I would need FTP and permission to take a copy if needed to debug further, but since you do not have much free space that could be an issue. In the end we would either way need to take a copy, if I was not able to solve it by disabling plugins / themes or you can use a fix workaround suggested above Lett me know. Regards, |

Hello, thanks. I have installed Duplicator and created a package without media files, so the size is not that big, around 500MB. But there seems to be issue, I can not download files, seems like they are deleted, maybe some security issue from hosting. - hidden link Please check and make sure files can be downloaded or share the files with us.
