Background of the issue:
We are trying to assign credits to our site under development using WPML. We allocated 4500 credits to our only site.

Symptoms:
The allocated 4500 credits are not appearing on the site.

Questions:
Why are the allocated credits not appearing on our site?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Click Unregister WPML from this site.

2. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. A message asking you to enter the site key will appear. Click on Get a key for this site.

3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard.

4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. When done, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.

5. Assign the credits to this site.

We tried the suggestions above but we still can't see where our 45,000 went. We did orginally have 90,000 and were trying to assign credits

Thank you for being so patient.

I would like to confirm whether you attempted to create a new site key and register it. Could you please upload a new screenshot showing the sitekey? The previous screenshots show the old site key that you are still using.
