This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to complete a Dutch translation using the ATE tool, but the process gets stuck at 97% and won't reach 100%.
Solution:
We recommend checking all your translations for any missing HTML tag markers, as this is a common issue that can prevent the translation from completing. For guidance on how to do this, please refer to the Safe HTML Editing section of our documentation. If after checking, the issue persists, we are here to provide further support.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please open a new support ticket with us for personalized assistance.

Hey there, welcome to the WPML Support. This issue usually happens, when there's some piece of text that is missing the correct HTML Tag marker. Please revise all of your translations for Independent Hotels, and check if there's not any missing HTML marker. You can find more details of what I'm talking about here:

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/#safe-html-editing

In the Safe HTML Editing part. Let me know if that helps. May that not be the case, I'll be here to further support you.
