Hi,

Second time it happes after last support.

My dev site is stuck auto translating pages.
The site fails to connect WPML server. Please find images attached.

I think it would be better if one of the support team will login and fix this recurrent issue. It is really frustrating and blocking my development progress.

I've already tried sharing the key between my development site and production site (both of them already defined correctly). Please see attachment.

I'll be able to supply login credential if necessary.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

There is a server protection module that prevents accessing directly to the admin area, screenshot hidden link

I think that might cause the issue with the Rest API (as in your screenshot) on your site. Please disable this module and recheck the issue. Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/support/rest-api-dependencies/

I've removed this restriction, now you should be able accessing this URL without admin credentials.

Hi,

I go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on two buttons:
- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE

Now it works properly, please check this screenshot hidden link
You can go to WPML > Translation Management > Send a page/post to automatic translation.
