It often happens that we don't have a button to create a new support request... hidden link There should be three buttons here, as far as we understand. A "contact support" button or something. But very often it is absent...
Is it subject to some kind of ticket limit? Or how does it work?
Can we ask for help with our question using those two buttons that you saw on the previous screenshot? Or should we use only the " WPML support" button for this (sorry, I don't remember the exact name of the button)? The problem is that it is often not there and we are waiting for itto appear in order to send you a request for help.
In this case, you need to use the 'I want to chat with a supporter' button, and if you want to open a forum ticket (like this one) just comment it to our support specialists. We are heading to a chat-first support to provide a real-time support service to our clients 🙂
