mickd-3	Hi Team, We installed Cart Abandonment plugin, in which i like to translate strings of Email texts... But could not find the texts in string translation... Please help asap...

Supporter Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) German (Deutsch ) Timezone: America/Lima (GMT-05:00)	Hello, It looks like this plugin uses its proper post type for such email templates. hidden link Go to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translations and set "E-Mail Templates" to "Transltable - only show translated content". Guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/ Now go to your list of E-Mail Templates and translate them with the WPML Translation Editor, similar to what you do with pages or posts. If this will not solve the issue, please let me know. Best regards Andreas

Supporter Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) German (Deutsch ) Timezone: America/Lima (GMT-05:00)	My apologies, it looks as if the plugin uses a custom post type, but instead, it uses an options page inside WooCommerce. Further, it looks like this plugin is not yet on our list of recommended plugins: https://wpml.org/plugin/page/2/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv_post_search=Cart%20&wpv_filter_submit=Search Those options in this case usually need to be translated with WPML > String Translation. I have been trying to locate the string of the plugin "WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery" by scanning the plugin at WPML > Theme & Plugin Localization. Further, I tried to go to WPML > String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens and search for the string. I can sadly not locate them, which means that the plugin's email templates are very likely not coded properly to be translatable with WPML. This is something that needs to be made possible by the author of the plugin and the author can join our Go Global Program to receive our assistance on this matter. https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ Could you please inform CartFlows Inc. about this issue and ask them to reach out to us? Take note, that we informed the author about this issue already 4 years ago and sadly did not obtain their cooperation at this time.
