Hi there. You can't use your own DeepL account with WPML. You have to purchase credits or use the pay-as-you-go subscription and the costs are calculated as shown in our documentation here (check the FAQ section - "How much does automatic translation cost?"): Your subscription also comes with 90k translation credits. I hope that you will find this information helpful. Mihai Apetrei |

So the cost goes from 99 euros to over 1000 euros for one complete site? Unfortunately, that financially absolutely does not work for me and I'd just like a refund instead please. Thanks, Nick |

Hello and welcome back! To clarify, with your current purchase of the WPML membership, you have a total of 90,000 credits that have already been added to your account and are ready for use. If you need additional credits beyond the 90,000, I recommend using the pay-as-you-go subscription as the best and most economical option for acquiring extra credits. This is preferable to purchasing pre-paid credits, and you can do this only after you've used all the prepaid credits that came with your account. You can find more information here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-sign-up-for-pay-as-you-go/. Additionally, on this page (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/), there is a calculator that can help you estimate costs based on the translation engine you choose and the number of languages you want to translate your content into. To make the most of the calculator, I suggest using this tool directly on your site to determine how many words will need translation: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/getting-a-word-count-of-your-wordpress-site. Regarding refunds, if you would still like to proceed, you can submit a refund request at the following URL, and our Accounts team will handle it afterwards: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/. Please note that we only provide technical support on the forum and do not have access to customer refund requests. I hope you find this information helpful! If you have any further questions about credits or costs, feel free to ask. |
