Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
I am facing an issue in the SEO of the second language links after translating the site.

If I switch on hidden link to Spanish I get a 404 error.
It seems like the permalink is not building up correctly. To understand the issue I will need to take a look into the backend.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further.
The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure to back up the site and database before granting us access.
If you cannot see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site credentials will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
The private reply form looks like this: hidden link

The original page uses the slug:
workers-compensation/mtg/hand-wrist-and-forearm-injuries
This is an unexpected slug. I would not suggest building a slug this way.
Go to hidden link
and change the slug to:
hand-wrist-and-forearm-injuries
The translated Spanish page appears here: hidden link
This is expected, as by default WPML will use the title as slug.

Also, take note that the Spanish page is not yet published to Headless Hostman:
