Hi there,

Thanks for your contact.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

The captcha texts will automatically switch to the language of the user or visitor who is viewing the site. For instance, I'm in a country speaking Portuguese and my browser is set to use the PT language, the captcha widget also uses the PT language. For EN users, the widget will display in EN, same for other languages.

Could you please try to set the browser to English and check if it'll be translated? Also, if possible, share it with us where we can find the recaptcha.

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

Kind regards,
Mateus.

Hi Mateus,

I cannot change the browser language without changing all the OS.
But it’s the web page language that Google recpatcha use, not the one of the browser.
Because if you go to an English web page with a form, the recaptcha will be in English, not PT like your browser.

Here the pages in English with a form and recaptcha.

I used the v2 invisible re-captcha from Google instead.

Thank you.
