Background of the issue:
The WPML support team asked me to investigate an unexpected high number of credits used on the site hidden link. They want to know if the pages that were wrongly translated were set for revision after the setting 'only translate new content' was configured.

Symptoms:
Unexpected high number of credits used.

Questions:
Were the pages that were wrongly translated set for revision after the 'only translate new content' setting was configured?
Can you look up this information in the logs for the domain hidden link?

Thank you for your notification Shekhar,

Meanwhile, we received another invoice for translating our whole website (we only translate new posts, not older posts). There seemed to be an option to turn that feature of, but we can't see it, can you help us with that?

I am checking the usage for the August 3 to see what went wrong here, I see a lot of posts were translated but if I check now, the translations aren't there in the site, did you deleted the translations that was done on August 3?

Also, are you using any features on the site that uses cron and updates the post internally?

Hi, no I didn't delete any translation, I left them as they were.

I wouldn't know of any cron job (Wordfence, WP-optimize maybe?).
But I could install a cronjob-viewer to make sure, is that helpful?

Could you please provide us with a backup of your site so we can investigate the issue further? You can download the wp-content and database backup, then share the links via a file-sharing platform like Google Drive.

Hello Shekhar,

Here you can find a backup (tar.gz) with files and the database:
I'll send it link via private.
(I just left /wp-content/uploads out as that would create a 6Gb file)

and XML file with the content.

(I tried multiple times to create a duplicator package, but it stops after 24% ...every time.)

Also, when trying to create a backup I received an email stating that the WPML plugin caused a technical error? It might be helpful, see the .eml file for details.

is this sufficient for you?
