I am being asked to register (!!)

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

Can you please go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial > and let me know if WPML is showing as properly registered there? You can also press the "check for updates" button once again - maybe there's some caching that remained and it is showing as a false-positive. Please let me know what do you see on that page. Mihai

No, we did not forget about you 🙂 Sorry for the delayed response - there has been a full ticket queue in the past few days so it can take a bit longer than usual until we are able to reply. Things will move faster from now on. So, in order to investigate this on a deeper level, I will need a couple of things from you. 1. Please send me a screenshot of this page: https://wpml.org/account/sites (I am interested to see the WPML key and the exact domain that you created it for. 2. If the domain that you created the key for is exactly this one (hidden link), can you please let me know what happens when you try to register WPML with it right now? Please let me know. brahimW	when I click on register they ask to enter the key, I enter it and it works; But why this happens in the first place, why the trouble? since my key is valid, this shouldnt have happenend
