Hi I have a similar issue to to post https://wpml.org/forums/topic/sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-preview-drafts/ where it says I am not allowed to preview drafts but it is only happening with one language and I have tried all the suggestions on the linked post which have worked in the past but the problem just switches to a different language and this time the suggestions aren't working
As discussed, I have activated a private field for your next answer where you can provide credentials safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting.
Thanks for the access but I'm not quite sure about what is the issue here.
In our chat conversation you mentioned that you couldn't preview drafts in Dutch.
I made a video where I can see that you're not using our editor to translate your content but the default WordPress editor and that you duplicate your English posts in Dutch.
- I could edit the Dutch post (remember to click "Translate independently" before working on the translation
- I could preview the post

So please give me more details, maybe make a short video like I did. It will help me understand the issue and will save us time, or a step by step to explain me how to reproduce the issue.
But now you're saying that the issue is not related to drafts?
Thanks for he video it helped understand the issue.
I logged into your site.
- I could access the translation
- The translation is published so I could access it on the frontend with the "normal url"
- The preview option adds parameters to the "normal url" and it will looks like this:
?preview_id=5930&preview_nonce=adca7da840&preview=true&_thumbnail_id=2068
- The issue with this parameter is not coming from WPML. Plus you're not using our editor to translate your pages.
It could be a corrupted Gutenberg block or more probably, it could be a cache issue. Try to purge your cache and delete expired transients.
In the first part of the post I linked, the poster explains that it happens after he publishes his page, it is then that it no longer allows them to preview the post, the same way it does for us. This only happens with certain languages as English is fine but now I doesn't work with any other languages, it is a reoccurring issue which randomly happens so its not the gutenberg block.
- Did you try to update the translation and save the translation, purge your cache and then preview the page?
- Also could you please go to "WPML > Languages > Language URL format"
- Under "A different domain per language" make sure that "validate on save" is checked for each domain
- Make sure that "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains " is checked
- Click "Save"
Then wait for the validation to happen. Does it says "Valid" or "Not valid" for your different domains?
