Hi!

I have created a new language Germany, and i want to translate products, menu and product categories.
I have tried Automatic translation and manual, but the translations dont get online.

In the product list i got a "Gear" icon beside the german translation

Can you please help me with this

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.

You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.

If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

The ATE Error log shows here the following WooCommerce Error:

Call to undefined function wc_print_notices() /home/inkandlise/shop.inkandlise.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php:3848

Could you please update all plugins and then test again - specifically WooCommerce Product Bundles have not been updated for quiet a long time.

If this will not solve the issue, then please let me know.

I have update or de-activate all plugins.
I manage to translate a few products but now i got the same issue.

When i press translate.
I can do a automatic translation
I press complete
But the product wont get online.
In the list Woo commerce - Products the german products that i got stucked has a "gear" icon.
Can you please check this for me?

I see issues when it comes to the products - there are almost 500 products on the site but if I go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Products I do only see a few products - also the source language of these few products does not fit with the content.

As I said already, you are using a long-outdated version of WooCommerce Product Bundles:
- You have version 6.8.0 installed. Update to 6.22.1

Does it solve the issue if you disable this plugin?

Also, take note that the Hello Elementor Theme is not updated.
-You have version 2.7.1 installed. Update to 2.8.1.

For now, I can offer to take a copy of the site and test it on a virtual server - I need to ask you for some patience on this matter.

On the copy which I took from your site, I can sadly not confirm the issue.

If I go here to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Products I do actually see all the products of the site.

What is kind of odd is that I see mixed language content when trying to translate products - original English products do have Swedish content and this can cause issues with the automatic translation.

Please make sure that the original product does only have language content in the assigned language. If a product is English and has Swedish content, then the automatic translation can not translate this content. (See screenshot)

I will be revising the issue further on your live site and get back to you afterward.

Kind of odd, but now that I access your site I can again see all products inside WCML.

As I mentioned earlier, I took some adjustments to the site, like:

- translation of product permalink
- correct language assignment of permalink settings

This should work now as expected:
