So I've just installed WPML (hidden link) and I have the latest Bricks version 1.9.6.1
The issue is that my Bricks builder is now in French even then I have my WP account in English and the Bricks settings for Builder language in English as well.
I see that when I deactivate the WPML String Translation plugin and refresh my Bricks builder, it's again in English.
What did I miss so my Bricks builder editing experience stay in English and no translated in the default language of the WP website (French)?
It appears that there are language files within your server directories that are overriding the modifications. Could you please back up those files and attempt to remove the language files associated with the language you wish to eliminate? Then, try again.
No, I'm not referring to the language files over there. I mean in wp-content/languages . If you're not sure, please backup and share temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Having empty FR translation inside /wp-content/languages/themes is not a viable option.
Why in the first place WPML try to fetch the FR translation for Bricks Builder and does not respect what we have in languages of Bricks Builder settings?
You are right. The option in the Bricks theme settings should work. I've tested it here hidden link and the bricks page builder shows the correct language that I've configured hidden link
It looks like the issue is isolated to your Website for some reason. Can I deactivate plugins on your Website? Or do you have a staging site that I could use?

Well hopefully you can find the culprit, you can deactivate plugins on this website, it's a staging one.
But we use to work so please just deactivate and do not delete / nor modify anything important.
As we have tested it here hidden link , Brick page builder language option works fine with WPML. So, I guess there is an option in SEOPress that is preventing that option to work. Let's hear what they say.
