Hi there, and welcome back.

Please note that, according to our Support Policy, we can address only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps supporters focus on a single problem at a time and enables other users to find solutions to their questions more quickly.

On this ticket, we will focus on the "unable to parse data from service response" error. I am creating new tickets for you regarding the other issue you mentioned. I will share the ticket URL below (you will also be notified via email when there's an answer to that ticket).

Additionally, please refrain from closing existing tickets (until an issue is confirmed as resolved) and from opening multiple tickets for the same issue.

Regarding the parse error, I am unsure what you have tried so far.

Could you please review the recommendations shared by my colleague on this topic in these public tickets and let me know if you can resolve this issue?

Please also try this:
Can you go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) > remove the site key > generate a new key for the same domain > copy the key > go to your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > REregister WPML with the new key > and see if it works?

If you already tried everything I mentioned above, on WPML > Support > Installer support > can you please let me know if you see two green check icons at the top after you click the "check" button? Or are there any red X-ses instead of the green check icons?

If there are any red X-ses, can you please share with me your IP? There might be a block on our end for that IP.

I will be waiting for your response.

I tried deleting the site key and generating a new one, but it still shows the same error

I see an X in the installer support, is this what you mean my IP is restricted?

Hi there.

Yes, that's what I'm referring to.

Can you please check with your hosting support team to ensure that the following domains are whitelisted?

- cdn.wpml.org
- wpml.org
- ate.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- ams.wpml.org

At the moment, WPML can't function properly because it can't connect to the API.

Thank you for all the updates.

Can you please share with me your site's IP? There might be a block on our end for that IP.

When I have that, I can also check this with our Systems team.

Thank you.

As soon as I hear from our Systems team, I will get back to you.

Just note that fewer people work on the weekends, so I expect to be able to get back to you at the beginning of next week.

I'm leaving the ticket assigned to myself for now.
