Problem:
The client has opened a duplicate support ticket for an issue that is already being addressed in another open ticket.
Solution:
We recommend that you do not open multiple tickets for the same issue as it can affect the priority of your original ticket in our queue. Please refer to the existing ticket for updates on your issue and mark this current ticket as resolved. You can check the status of your original ticket here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/im-faceing-an-issue-with-translation.

If this solution is not relevant to your case, perhaps because it is outdated, or if it does not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

From what I can see, there’s already an open ticket for this issue here:

This is considered a duplicate ticket.

Please do not open more tickets for the same issue, as this will only load the ticket queue and will move your initial tickets lower in the queue priority.

Please wait for a response to the ticket that was initially created.
