Problem:
The client has opened a duplicate support ticket for an issue that is already being addressed in another open ticket.
Solution:
We recommend that you do not open multiple tickets for the same issue as it can affect the priority of your original ticket in our queue. Please refer to the existing ticket for updates on your issue and mark this current ticket as resolved.
