Background of the issue:
I am experiencing a weird issue with the font size of the drop-down language switcher on my site hidden link. If the default language font size is 16px, the next language in the drop-down menu is 17px or 18px. And it increases with each new language that I add.
Symptoms:
The font size of the drop-down language switcher increases with each new language added.
Questions:
Why does the font size of the drop-down language switcher increase with each new language added?
The font size of the country code should be consistent for all codes. If the size is increasing for each code, it is likely due to a CSS conflict or cache. Right now, the static files on your site are being served from caches. Could you please temporarily disable caches, wait for some time, and then check again?
If the issue persists, please disable all other plugins except WPML, String Translation, and Elementor, and then check again.
If this resolves the issue, activate the plugins one by one. After activating each plugin, refresh the page and check if the font size remains consistent for all country codes or if it increases. This will help identify the conflicting plugin.
You can also check by switching to a default theme like 'Twenty Twenty-one' if the issue persists even after the plugin conflict test.
Please let us know the update. We will be happy to help if you need further assistance.
