Move credits to other site

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is attempting to transfer 2000 credits from the site nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek to a new site nex.al.fhs.no/lms. The credits are still associated with the original site instead of the new one.
Solution:
We checked the credit status for both sites. It was found that the 2000 credits on the new site (nex.al.fhs.no/lms) were already used in full, and the original site (nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek) still has 2000 unused credits. Unfortunately, these credits are a one-time free deposit provided when creating a WPML key and cannot be transferred between sites.

Patrick	Background of the issue: I am trying to move 2000 credits from the site nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek to a new site I created, nex.al.fhs.no/lms. The credits are currently associated with the wrong link and wrong site. Symptoms: The credits are still associated with the wrong site, nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek, instead of the new site, nex.al.fhs.no/lms. Questions: Is it possible to move 2000 credits from nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek to nex.al.fhs.no/lms?

Patrick	I cant wait to get Norwegian language.. full theme. hidden link Automatic translation is enabled, but the language is not changed. Still credits.. What do i setup?

I ran a few more checks, and it seems that you already had 2000 credits on this site (nex.al.fhs.no/lms) that were already used in full. You also have 2000 credits available on this other site (nex.al.fhs.no/videobiblitoek), which is exactly what you have already confirmed, that have not been used yet. However, these 2000 credits, for each of the two sites, are a one-time free credits deposit that we offer when you create a WPML key, and they can't be transferred to a different site. That's why you can't transfer them. I hope that this makes things a little clearer.
