On hidden link I get different permalinks and different language changes. I think this has been caused by digfferent use of the main language but also I think te basic permalinks are not correct for the Woocommerce WPML settings.
Can you please give me some directions in the settings for this shop?

Please share with me which permalink settings you are referring to.
I have configured WooCommerce and WCML on the sandbox shared with you above if you would like to review them. Also attached is a screenshot of the permalinks settings set by default (I did not make any adjustments these are out of the box choices)
Are you currently getting any errors with your current set up?
You can click on the sandbox I provided if you wish to see what a default environment looks like and change it back to default settings, otherwise, I would recommend running the options shown inn your WCML settings page.
If you go to Products->Categories are you able to verify that the categories have been translated under the secondary languages and also have assigned posts to them?

In your shop are you using any shortcodes to pull the category data on the page?
