hello, i have installed everything correctly (including wpml string) and translated all categories. Unfortunately, none of the translated categories are now displayed under menus/ translations/ english. What could be the reason for this? if you need i can send you the access data to our website. Thank you!

This is only affecting your website's menu?

Did you try to run WPML > WP Menus Sync?

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML information for troubleshooting.
