Hello,

I already had a ticket about products.
Now a new problem has arisen.

The previous ticket was about the products not being displayed correctly in translation, but the German being displayed correctly.

Now an important entry is completely missing. In German and in translation.

The quantity information that was still there in the last screenshot is missing.

To test it, I completely uninstalled WPML. Now the products can no longer be loaded at all. So there is probably a setting in WPML that influences this.

Where could the problem be?

It is really urgent because this information is very important.

a small addendum.
I disabled WPML as a test and did not uninstall it.
After the test I activated it again

Hello,

If you have an issue with the original product, then it is most likely that this is not a WPML issue, as WPML only handles translations.

Also, if no products show up when WPML is disabled, then this can usually not be a WPML issue, as WPML is not active, but it would indeed be expected, that if WPML is disabled you will get a 404 on English or Russian products, as the URLs for /?lang=en and /?lang=ru will not exist anymore.

Could you please confirm, if the representation works as expected on an affected original German product once you deactivate WPML Multilingual CMS?
