Good day,

I found that (Analytics -> Products) are calculated for each language separately. For example, I have sold 10 units of a certain product, but in order to understand this, I need to switch to each of the languages separately and then add up the results. So I understand that programm simply fixes in which of the languages the buyer made the payment. This is not very convenient and I would like to know how can I see the general statistics for all languages together?

Hi,

Can you check my screenshot? In this case I ordered this product in English and the German variation. In the analytics of both languages it shows the correct number of products being ordered. Is this not how it works in your case? The price of the product is 80$.

In order to debug this issue, I will install Duplicator plugin, will create packages and will try this on my localhost and escalate further to 2nd tier.

I will exclude all the media files, etc, to keep the package minimal.

Sure, you can proceed with Duplication.

By the way I have question regarding media files. If I add any media file (picture) it exist in every language separately. To delete picture I need to repeat this procedure by switching to every language. Is that correct media files behavior?

This is escalated to our 2nd tier team and may take some debugging time, I'll get back to you as soon as I have any news or questions for you.

As for the media question, you can activate "When deleting a post, delete translations as well" option on WPML -> Settings and this will delete original image and all its translations from media libraries of other languages.

This is escalated to WPML developers team. Right now we have no solutions or workarounds for this, but I will keep this thread updated as soon as we get some input from developers.

You can remove the staging site, we have the site copy even though we were able to reproduce this in a clean installation as well so we no longer need it.
