I am writing on behalf of Doddapaneni Group LLC regarding the WPML plugin license purchased on January 25.

After installation and configuration, we encountered significant issues that prevented us from using the plugin for our project:

• The plugin translated only limited portions of the website instead of the full site content
• Several key areas (products, categories, attributes, menus, and dynamic marketplace content) were not translated correctly or consistently
• The multilingual setup conflicted with our multivendor marketplace configuration, causing content inconsistencies across pages
• Due to these issues, we were unable to proceed with our planned launch timeline, resulting in project delays

We attempted multiple adjustments and troubleshooting steps, but the plugin did not meet our project requirements for full-site translation and stable performance within our environment.

Because the product did not function as needed for our use case, we kindly request a refund for the WPML purchase made on January 25.
